A Life Rooted in Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a transformative practice that cultivates awareness and the ability to live fully in the present moment. It has the potential to bring about positive changes in our emotional state. Extensive scientific research supports its effectiveness in not only alleviating depression but also in helping individuals cope with anxiety and emotional/physical pain.​

  •  I am a certified Mindfulness teacher and I have completed training approved by the British Psychological Society

  • My approach integrates key elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • My ultimate goal is to equip you with the necessary tools and skills to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. By learning to harness the power of mindfulness, you can effectively manage emotional turmoil and enhance your overall well-being.

  • I offer an 8-week mindfulness teaching programme for individuals and groups. The 8-week format is the most effective evidence based approach in Mindfulness

  • I will teach you the art of being "what is" and develop your ability to be mindful
